Rationale for this change
This PR transforms the previously static feature cards on the Supply Chain page into interactive elements with high-quality visual feedback.
Changes Made:
Interactive Hover Effect: Upgraded the "Logistics Management", "Warehouse Solutions", and "Quality Assurance" cards with a dynamic hover state.
Elastic Transition: Implemented a cubic-bezier(0.175, 0.885, 0.32, 1.275) timing function to create a professional "bounce" effect.
Visual Depth: Added a vertical lift (translateY(-15px)), a slight scale increase (scale(1.05)), and an enhanced drop shadow to make the cards feel tactile and modern.
Impact:
Removes static UI elements and provides clear interactive feedback to users.
Maintains visual consistency with other interactive modules across the AgriTech platform.
Enhances the professional branding and overall UX of the supply chain management module.
