Description:
This PR significantly upgrades the visual identity of the Financial Support page (finance.html). The goal was to transition from a flat, static layout to a "visually arresting" and professional FinTech aesthetic that remains highly legible in both light and dark themes.
Key Enhancements:
Theme-Adaptive Typography:
Dark Mode: A White-to-Emerald gradient with a soft outer glow.
Light Mode: Automatically switches to a high-contrast gradient for perfect readability.
Dynamic Tech Background: Replaced the static background with a subtle, animated geometric grid pattern and radial vignette to provide professional depth.
Interaction Refinement: Removed flashing "shine" animations in favor of a steady, premium gradient to ensure colors are always visible and impactful.
Bouncy UI Logic: (Carried forward) Upgraded "How It Works" cards with elastic cubic-bezier scaling and lift effects.
Impact:
Increases brand trust and user engagement by providing a satisfies, high-quality interactive experience that matches modern agricultural technology standards.
