Will still need to update testbeds to use as a class, not as singular function.
Specifically, ogd-staging.fielddaylab.wisc.edu gets included in path, which fucks over the unparse. So just go back to old hardcoded logic to prepend https if we don't have URL starting with a scheme. Fucking did not expect this kind of shitty slop from a Python core library.
