I think it's a nice addition to have the menu translated, so I tried my hand at this PR.
I haven't developed in C++ before, so I'm sure I haven't done everything perfectly. To make matters more difficult, I develop under Linux and test under Wine.
Let me know if I need to adjust anything. Feedback is very welcome.
I used translation tools for the language translations, so there may be errors. I chose the languages mainly based on the number of speakers.
