Please download and install using the instructions for the QUT Flight Stack, The uavasr_emulator emulator.launch do not launch the Spar node, which is needed for you to command the emulator to take off, land, etc. Check spar_node spar_uavasr.launch for a full launch instead.

Additionally, a unique UAV name can be used when launching the emulator (replace UAVNAME
with the desired name, defaults to "uavasr"):
roslaunch uavasr_emulator emulator.launch uav_name:=UAVNAME
