Good job with this. Some things that need to be changed.

  1. Bullet points are inconsistent with the German version.
  2. Details column needs to be more consistent. Some say just the word "Dated" while others are a full sentence.
  3. Capitalisation between German and Italian is inconsistent e.g. Proof of Company Registration vs Proof of company registration.
  4. Proofs of address of UBOs should be Proof of address of UBOs - the details column has proof as singular.
  5. Consistency - the details column - for proof of address refers to the document - but it doesn't for the others. For example:
Proof of address must be dated within the last 3 months vs Will be sent to the end user (based on communication preferences)
  6. Extra spacing in the columns in the accepted documents for associations table.
  7. Document request phrasing - standardize the wording for this. They should be consistent across all the different countries.

Questions

  1. Why is the structure around Swan retrieving documents different here than the German template? e.g. Having a details column?
  2. What is the purpose of having a repetitive sentence saying "The following table..."? Isn't the header enough?
  3. Why are the fields in the tables different? Isn't the purpose of this to align the pages?
