Rename the SAP JCo connector to SAP ECC (JCo) - #654

Renames the connector's display name in the catalog listing, the sidebar, and the connector pages. References to SAP's own Java Connector library keep the name 'SAP JCo', since they name SAP's download rather than this connector. The connector directory, the doc ids, and the connector_name metadata are unchanged.
