As a database admin, I want to have a poem category schema so I can, match a drink to list of poems

Estimated Size: Large

Acceptance Criteria:

An agreed upon poem category schema is created
Database uses schema to categorize poem into general categories
Database uses schema to categorize poems into specific sub categories
Schema is detailed enough to provide a match to at least 2 drink categories based on categorization
Categories adhere the search categories provided
