Story: As a site user, I want to, know how to get around this site, so I can, jump right in and get started.

Acceptance Criteria:

Clear navigation.
Clear call to action: start here... follow these steps.
Include bread crumbs so user knows how to backtrack to other areas.
Make buttons real big (especially on cell phones), so it’s easier for inebriated visitors to push them.
