WHY are these changes introduced?
Route generation needs a typed result describing created, replaced, and skipped routes.

Add strict JSON output to route generation and its compatibility alias. Keep relative route names, named route collections, and explicit
statusandchangedoutcomes. Preserve confirmation prompts in JSON mode.HOW to test your changes?
